Cancellation & Refund Policies

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you wish to cancel your registration, please send a written request to the Conference Secretariat at info@myshaservices.com

All refund requests will be carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The refund amount, if applicable, will be determined based on the timing and reason of cancellation.

The decision of the organizing committee will be final in all refund matters. Administrative charges may apply and all approved refunds will be processed post conference.

Note: Substitution of delegates is allowed with prior notice.
