1. Registration & Payment

• All participants must complete the official registration process and submit the appropriate fees.

• Registrations are confirmed only upon full payment.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@myshaservices.com

• Cancellations are allowed till one month before the event date. After that, cancellations will not be allowed. 

• Only 70% refund of total registration fee will be applicable. Rest will be deducted as booking fee, processing charges etc.

​3. Program Changes

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the conference schedule, speakers, or venue if necessary. All updates will be communicated via the official website.

4. Liability

The organizing committee shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the event.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain professional behavior. Harassment or inappropriate conduct will result in removal from the event without a refund.

6. Photography & Media

By attending the conference, you consent to being photographed or filmed, and for the material to be used for promotional purposes.

7. Data Privacy

Your personal information will only be used for conference-related communications and will not be shared without your consent.
